What type of chin implant would I need to increase both height and width of my chin? (Photo)

I'd like to widen my chin to be just as wide as my lips and heighten by chin by about 2-3mm. Pics attached. Which chinplant would be ideal?

I believe most chin implants create an increase in the vertical height of the chin.  If you are looking for significant increase in the vertical height, I would recommend a custom 3D chin implant made from a CT scan of your face.  Imaging morphing can be helpful to communicating your goals to create the best chin implant for you.I hope this helps.

A full set of facial photographs are required to determine being a candidate for a chin implant, due to the fact that the chin and the implants are both three-dimensional structures. The primary goal of a chin implant is to bring the chin forward. The secondary goal is to give added width to the chin area  and the third injury minor goal is to give a small amount of vertical height. Chin implants are manufactured in a large array of shapes and sizes, are composed of Silastic, and are usually placed through small incisions underneath the chin as an outpatient surgical procedure. Because you have a vertically short mandible that goes back further than just your chin, there is no off-the-shelf chin implant that will satisfactorily create the dimensional changes you need whole looking natural. You need a custom made chin implant from a 3D CT scan so that it will blend in naturally back along the jawline as well as create the vertical and transverse chin dimensions that you need.
