How long does it take to see results from lipo? I had it 2 weeks ago and so far I feel like more could have been taken out.

I had liposuction of the flanks , waist and hips 2 weeks ago and I am not satisfied at this point i feel like more could have been taken out. I know Dr.s say it takes a while to see the full result. Realistically how much more improvement will be seen in coming weeks?

Swelling can sizable he camouflage results of liposuction but most patients see some improvement immediately. By six weeks about 75% of the swelling is resolved. The final resolution may take a number of months.

and there have been no other complications, the way your body looks after
surgery can only improve. Swelling may be contributing to your dissatisfaction
with the results, and it should continue to decrease noticeably through the

and should discuss with your surgeon whether another procedure to revise the
original is needed to attain your desired look.

Liposuction patients need to be patient.  Maximum swelling usually occurs in the first 5 days then slowly resolves.  Usually at 3 weeks most patient see a good improvement but there is usually about 30% swelling at that point.  Final results typically take 6 months to achieve.  Follow all instructions for your best result.
