Performed eyelid lift and it turned out great. Dr. Samano is skilled at is work. He used a local anaesthetic so I was relieved that I didn't need to be under general anaesthetic. Alex, Dr. Samano's assistant is absolutely the best! She picked me up at my hotel for both all appointments. You are in good hands with both Alex and Dr. Samano.

Dr Samanos team was very accommodating, and communication was great. I'm two weeks post surgery for Breast Augmentation and Face Lift. My breast are perfect, my face is still under recovery as expected. A face lift is not for the faint at heart as as you go through the process and see yourself in the fist few days it's very scary. My results at 2 weeks are good and I achieved what I wanted. I still have some facial paralysis in my right side with my eyebrow and lower lip, this should subside in time.. The scars at two weeks are fresh and scary, but in time I know they will heal. Dr. Samano technique is to cut behind the ear, straight down the neck. I'm hopeful this will heal with minimal scaring since it's not hidden in my hair line. He said it will be faint when it's healed, but something you may want to know before surgery.

October 2021 The most phenomenal experience!! Alex, Dr. Samano and Dr. Santos are all Bilingual so it made it very easy in communication. I had two separate zoom meetings/consultations with Dr. Samano prior to booking. This really put my mind at easy in that he took the time to have these consultations free of charge. Any additional questions Alex was able to help me with. Any appointment we had at the office with Dr. Samano, Alex came to pick us up from our Airbnb and returned us back to our Airbnb after each appointment. On other days Dr. Santos came to our Airbnb to check my stitches, my bandages, and drainage tubes. House calls are NOT something you will ever get in the United States. I received better medical care in Mexico than I have ever received in the United States and at a very reasonable price. Dr. Samano's office is professional and I could not have asked for a better experience with my Tummy Tuck, Muscle Repair, and Lipo and chin-lift. I would highly recommend Dr. Samano's for any cosmetic procedures you may be contemplating in the future.

Another month has passed and I am making progress! Lost 15 pounds and the abdominal swelling has gone down significantly. Found a Bonito and Company garment on ebay for 75 percent off. These garments are superb--smooth as butter, tight yet incredibly comfortable. I expect to be wearing a Small within the next few weeks.

Dr. S took me from flab to fab lol. I got Extended tummy tuck with muscle repair in summer 2018. Everything went well overall . I had an area with a dip in it as well as a little secondary infection from drains. I was upset at first but now I understand that this could happen to anyone. Not to worry Dr. S did revision for free and hooked it right up when I returned this summer for arm lift. So far so good. Thanks to Dr. S and Alex !!! Updated on 16 Jul 2019: Well as soon as I thought things would be ok. I started to get sick and find out my left arm was cultured and it came back Morganella Morganii ,an hospital acquired infection. I almost died. An unsanctioned instrument was used in procedure. Dr. Samano assures me that my mild discomfort was from it being sewed to tight. Smh. I can't believe I trusted these people again. Never again. I'm going do anything else in the states. I was seen so tight my doctor had to cut where incision had separated to remove some internal stitches that too tight and getting necrotic. I am now in wound care.

Anyone wishing to get plastic surgery done for a great price and in competent hands; you have lucked out in finding Dr. Samano. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was definitely worried about whether I was getting someone legit and if they were actually good. There are no worries here. I am so incredibly happy with my neck and lower face lift. I am 63 and I got just so tired of the yoga face exercises, and the expensive and very temporary treatments back home that I thought I just had to do this. I lucked out finding an excellent surgeon so why go elsewhere and get nervous all over again. I am comfortable and feeling very safe with the idea of getting him to do more cosmetic surgery on me in the future. Also, a couple of surgeons, one being cosmetic, said that Dr Samano did an excellent job. So there. Go girl; go get it done.

Very fast procedure. Was in and out same afternoon, and had a great dinner. Excellent skill and great work. Definitely recommend. Not as painful as prior procedures . The selection of the surgery center was great. Slight pain day 3, aside from that moving and returned to work the next day. Did great sculpting.
