Will liposection posterior hip help sculpt the top of my butt area or will a Brazilian butt lift with fat transfer from love handle area and bra area be a benefit for me?
Answer: Butt definition with lipo Dear Classyang, Your back and side view pictures would have been very helpful. As a rule, liposuction of the hips and the lower back can define you upper butt and give you a nice 'S' curve. If your butt is flat and laterally you have depression, your best option for improvement is butt implants. Fat injection is a waste of time and money because it disappears completely or almost completely after 6-12 months or even faster. I have seen it on many patients who came to my surgery center for butt implants after the big disappointment from the fat injection that was done by other surgeons. Not all results are the same because experience and skills are of paramount importance. Consult only with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety.
