Will I be able to foreplay after Liposuction?

I perform a significant number of liposuction procedures and most people are able to go back to the gym 10-14 days after the procedure and can also have sex at this time.  Each case is individual however.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Liposuction hurts. I am  not sure what is involved with your foreplay but if it hurts don't do it.  All areas suctioned will be tender to touch for a few weeks.

Absolutely, I tell my patients that no restrictions after this kind of surgery. Because you are still sore, you have to make sure your in charge, and not your partner.

You should play it by ear.  I generally recommend allowing 2 weeks for recovery.  Everyone is a little different.  My rule is - if it hurts, don't do it. 

I think that you have to use common sense when you are beginning to start activities.  usually by 2-3 weeks after liposuction it should be ok.

Recovery is typically quite easy after liposuction. My basic instructions of engagement and activities after surgery is avoid activities that are painful. This only applies to surgical areas.Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
