Will the tip of my nose scar from the stitches?

Hello,That's not the tip of your nose. It looks like you healed slower than expected as there appears to be some separation where the stitches were removed. It is not certain that you will scar poorly, and you should keep covered in antibiotic ointment frequently.Best of luck!

In general, stitches on the face that are external should be removed on day 7 or they can risk leaving of track marks. You surgeon may have left your stitches in longer if he/she felt that you needed a litlle longer support.
