Nose overprojected after rhinoplasty (photos)

Need lots more information!  Swelling over the anterior nasal spine will cause over projection of the tip, a columellar strut  can over project the tip, overresection of the dorsum can give the appearance of an overprojected tip, and the list goes on.  Give this time, follow your surgeons recommendations for post op care (eg taping, sun protection, avoidance of glasses, etc) and stay in communication with her or him. Over time the problem may resolve or become more clear as to what is the source. Sometimes early intervention is indicated for example if a columellar strut is too long but usually months are required before revision
