Am not happy with the front view after Rhinoplasty. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hazel!  It is SO early!  You are very pretty, and for less than three months out, your nose actually looks great!  I am sure your surgeon told you it would be a year before the final result could be seen.  If you took monthly pictures of your nose for an entire year after your rhinoplasty, you and your family could probably shuffle up the 12 pictures and then put them back in order.  And the tip is the part where the most work is done and the swelling tends to be most swollen for the longest period of time.  If you feel the tip of your nose (gently! do not twist or move it!) it feels firm like balsa wood.  That is normal.  In fact, I have seen many noses continue to settle down and develop contour even during the second year.  The stiffness of your upper lip is also very normal at this early stage.  It will resolve completely. Time will be very kind to your nose and face.  Try and relax and have faith.I hope I have reassured you.

You are very early in the post-op period, It will take up to a year for the swelling to subside. Be patient and good luck.

At two months postop, you are still in the early phases of healing. Much of the swelling has already gone down but there is still some that will continue to come down in the coming months. Most revisions are not performed until about a year postop because this allows the swelling to resolve so the nose is close to the final result. Make sure that you are following up with your rhinoplasty surgeon during this time so they can monitor your nose for any changes and also address any concerns you have along the way. Best of luck.
