I'm getting a revsion rhinoplasty with cartilage grafts from ear. The surgeon will use diced cartilage wraped in facia for my nose bridge, and cartilgae from ear to shape and lower my tipp. Do you think these grafts will shift/warp with time? What are the chances of it happening? And what is the best way to prevent them from warping and shifting? Also what is the best cartilage to use in tip, rib or ear?
