Swollen lymph node after hyaluronidase 3 days ago. Should I be concerned?

After 11 weeks of hell, a ophthalmic/oculoplasitc aesthetic surgeon removed my Juvederm Voluma with hyaluronidase. First time getting cheek filler, ENT hit what felt like a nerve during the procedure, she denies this. Have inflammation & sharp pains since on same cheek which was aggrevating my eye & nerve on upper lip. New doc said I had infraorbital nerve injury, no infection. Now 3 days after hylase my left cheek is still sore & I have a sore lymph gland, but it's not swollen on left back jaw.

The LN swelling is unrelated. It's my theory that there will be no significant change with the hyaluronidase. Start on medication for trigeminal neuralgia.

Sounds like you possibly did have injection near the nerve.  Anyway this swhould clear up now.  The swollen lymph node is simply the response to inflammation and will go away.  My Best,  Dr C
