Can rhinoplasty improve close set eyes? (Photo)

I have small close eyes set that has always been bothering me. Im caucasian but my nose bone is a bit wide and my nose tip is moderately but very visible bulbous. Im wondering if a nose slimming surgery will make my eyes look furter apart or will it in fact make them look even closer together?

Hello.  There is no feasible way to change the distance between your eyes. This is related to the bone structure of your face. However, lowering the nasal dorsum during a rhinoplasty will change the appearance of the distance between your eyes. Although not perfect, 3D imaging can be beneficial to see the types of changes you can expect with surgery. I recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss options. Good luck!
