Infection 8 months post rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Question

Hi, I had a closed rhinoplasty back in September. I can feel sutures inside/between my thin nasal wall. They're all hard and poking through, but not enough to poke through the skin. Im on antibiotics, but maybe need something stronger?

If your surgeon used permanent sutures during your rhinoplasty, it’s possible you may be “spitting” the sutures. If this is the case, removal of the sutures may be indicated, and this may not lead to changes in how your nose looks. Please discuss this with your surgeon. Thank you. Dr Joseph

If it continues to be a problem the suture could be easily removed. At this point the tissue has probably stabilized  enough that the suture could be removed without causing any problems. That would be the only way to resolve the issue
