Hi, I had a closed rhinoplasty back in September. I can feel sutures inside/between my thin nasal wall. They're all hard and poking through, but not enough to poke through the skin. Im on antibiotics, but maybe need something stronger?

I believe that Rhinoplasty surgery can improve the look of your nose by reducing the width of the tip and reducing the small dorsal bump. Another intervention that will improve the aesthetics would be an Alar Base Reduction to reduce the width of your alar base.

It is difficult to evaluate the nose with only one close up view. The things you are asking can be better determined by multiple views. Usually an over rotated tip can be brought down some, though it can be a difficult procedure. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
