I have now for a couple of years been researching ways you can keep prominent angular cheekbones,but there's a lot of mixed reviews and opinions. I want cheekbones kind of like the pic of Johnny Depp that I have inserted. I am really considering Buccal fat removal with 1,5 cc of radiesse in each cheekbone or maybe even malar implants, although they are said to give you more fullness than angularity with a don't want.
Answer: How to get prominent cheek bones? My recommendation for you would be to have malar (cheek) implants to give you more prominent cheek bones. Fillers, such as Radiesse could be used but I think the implants would give more prominence. I would not recommend buccal fat removal.

When filler is injected, it shifts the surrounding structures to give the illusion of a different face shape. Then, if you are still not where you want to be with your look, seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon will help you complete the look you are going for. If you want to add more volume and lift in the cheekbone area, I'd suggest using a thicker dermal filler such as Radiesse or Restylane Lyft. If you're happy with the look, then you could move on to implants, if you like, or just continue regular filler sessions. The fillers can last for up to a year or more. A board-certified dermatologist will be able to show you what your cheekbones will look like after they've been treated with a dermal filler.
