Is it normal for my breasts to feel numb all over?

It is not unusual to have some post op numbness after surgery. This is especially true near incisions. However, it sounds like you did not have numbness for several days and now you do. If true you need to see your surgeon to make sure all is well. Good luck.

You should see your plastic surgeon for an evaluation. Since the numbness started after surgery, it is likely due to swelling. Numbness of the arms can be related to swelling after an IV or blood pressure cuff or bandeau that is too tight, but you need to see your surgeon to be sure nothing more serious is going on.

Postoperative sensory changes are not uncommon and usually steadilyimprove. Any new alterations in sensation, especially if they extend beyond the operative site, should be carefully evaluated by your surgeon. Sometimes nerves can be irritated by clothing, swelling, or other issues which should be promptly addressed. Most of these issues can be easily remedied.

Thank you for your question.  Patchy areas of numbness are common after breast augmentation.  However your description that your breasts are numb all over and that your arms are numb requires an examination by your plastic surgeon. Please contact your plastic surgeon for an examination and diagnosis.
