Hi Tina,Stretch marks signify a loss of the integrity of the connective fibers underneath. These may not be totally erased but can be diminished by IPL or Laser (such as Lumenis). Another treatment that is effective is microneedling with PRP. Topicals won't work.All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
