This needs an in-person evaluation to determine the appropriate strength of treatment. Keep in mind, it may take a series of treatments. I always combine IPL with microneedling/prp to improve outcomes. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
