Thanks for the series of posted photos, I see the following issues. Chicken butt deformity left worse then right inferior side, denting/cellulite effect, mis shaped buttock result. There are very few boarded PSs willing to undertake correction of these deformities. Delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe.
In order to make an assessment on the outcome of an operation we need to see before and after pictures. If someone has had a revision then we need to see before and after pictures of both procedures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon or surgeons to forward the ones they took.
Droopiness of the inner lower buttocks a.k.a. chicken butt is not caused or treated by either Liposuction or fat transfer. It requires a tuck or skin excision. check the YouTube video called the Miami thong lift by Dr. mendieta. It describes the procedure and condition well.
That part of your bottom is not created or treated by either Liposuction or fat transfer.
