Why is my face this asymmetrical? Eyes and jaw uneven. Is there any way to make my face symmetrical? (Photo)

I would not advise surgery for assymmetry. Whenever corrective surgery tries to make one portion of the face symmetric, it can result in assymmetry in another portion of the face. Everyone has assymmetry and yours is very mild.

Asymmetrical face is normal! Leave your face alone-it needs nothing! You are the only one who notices this and surgery comes along with risks. “If it ain’t broken-don’t try to fix it” 

With the limited view that your photos provide you ave a perfectly normal face. All faces have some level of assymetry when critically compared from side to side.This is due to the fact that our face is formed by arches coming from the back of the head(neural crest) that meet in the middle of our face. This obviously can lead to differences from one side to the other. If you have more questions please seek the advise of a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

I really cannot pick up any asymmetry of note, and would suggest that is is within the normal range of assymetry that everyone has. Do not seek to change this is my advice!
