Make eyes more deeper set? I'm Asian and my nose is high and short. (Photos)

The glabellar area is frequently flat in Asians. This area is usually treated in conjunction with a rhinoplasty, not eyelid surgery. Filler such as Voluma is the easiest to use for an experienced surgeon, and lasts about a year. Surgically, fat graft is most commonly used and may require more than one session. Solid implants such as gortex or diced cartilage with fascia also used. Solid custom carved implants made from silicone are less commonly used now due to the high rate of implant border  visibility. Fillers are so convenient and lower risk so that is my preference, if I am not already performing it as part of a rhinoplasty. This procedure, common in the Asian population, is not widely known in the US so I obviously you'll need to find someone knows what they are doing.

I honestly can tell what you need based on your description and your photos.  Caution is advised. If you ask eyelid surgeons for eyelid surgery, that is exactly what you will get. I recommend getting multiple opinions. It is helpful to have someone with you because sometimes it is hard to focus on all the information that is being provided.  Be careful out there.
