Dysport and Cefuroxime axetil antibiotics - It's safe to take this antibiotics with Botox?

One month ago, I had a few injections in zone II and forehead with Dysport (Botox). Today because of a rhinosinusite my doctor give treatment with Zinat (in Romania) - Cefuroxime axetil - 7 days, 1 at 12 hours. It's safe to take this antibiotics with Botox? I forgot to ask my doctor :(
