Very desperate case alarplasty This was my 4th surgery. Initially done 2015, then revised the following year (please see previous post), then this year 2017. The right alar seems to be ok, not that ugly anymore, but PLEASE FOCUS ON THE LEFT ALAR. Not only that too much skin has been removed, but it has been infected. I AM SO DESPERATE. I'm doing everything I'm being told. 3rd day sutures removed, a lot of pus or infection. What will most likely be the outcome? Please help me!
