I think the most important goal in CoolSculpting is just to make sure the areas with fat are covered with the applicators.  There can be more than one method to accomplish this, and the ultimate results may not be much different as long as the areas of unwanted fat are treated.  Each patient is different, so an examination is needed to determine the best treatment plan.
