Answer: New CoolsSculpting applicators The major advantage of the CoolAdvantage is time of treatment. Also, the overall patient experience is more comfortable with the new applicators. We haven't seen a big difference in overall outcomes but it has been reported that there is a slightly larger surface area of treatment.

However, not everyone is an appropriate candidate for the CoolAdvantage applicators and in some people the older applicators work better.
