when you have a partial double... is an unusual request as the vast majority of people want double lids with tarsal creases.  You're hapa as we say in the islands and with that comes an exotic look, getting the best of both ethnicities.  I would suggest you consider improving your crease to fit your appearances but if you're dead set on going with single eyelids, then talk to some local surgeons who do a lot of Asian eyes and find out whom you trust the most and who has a decent revision policy in case things do not turn out as you had hoped for.

Yes it is possible to achieve the look you want with a simple surgical procedure. Balancing your eyes by adjusting the asian crease is certainly doable. There seems to be a bit of drooping from possible  muscle slippage causing a slight ptosis which may need to be adjusted depending on what you need. Best to seek out an oculoplastic surgeon to discuss the details of your countour and symmetry to give you the best results.

You are very close to your goal. Only the lateral third of your lid shows a pretarsal platform. As we age, the lid fold and brows descend. In time you will probably have the precise look you desire. Two thoughts - one is to lower the crease of the lateral eyelid, and the second, less invasive option is to add a small amount of filler in the lateral lid above the crease. Your eyelids are beautiful as they are, and you do have an Asian appearance... this leads me to recommend letting time take its course... A consultation with an Oculoplastic surgeon who has experience with Asian eyelids could help guide you with your decision. Best wishes.
