The beauty of fat grafting is that you can graft it in just about anywhere you need some volume.  In experienced hands and for good candidates, fat grafting to the face (including chin) is a great option as it offers many advantages over tissue fillers and facial implants.  It's much more forgiving and has less risks for infection and malrotation, as well as less scarring and less risks for nerve injury than chin implants (as well as quicker recovery).  We can usually be much more liberal with the volume of fat used for chin enhancement as opposed to tissue fillers for much more complete and comprehensive enhancement so it can actually be less expensive per cc than tissue fillers (which are usually guaranteed to go away and need for regular repeat injections are also guaranteed).  If the fat grafts survive the transfer process, it will be with you for many years (even decades)(something not possible with current fillers).  Based on your pics, I think you would be a great candidate as you have a good base to work with (your chin is not too small and your skin does not look too tight).  Fees can vary greatly from one surgeon to another and from one region of the country to another so I would recommend you see several board certified plastic surgeons with good experience with fat transfers in your area.  Best wishes.

A chin implant can give you more customization of your look. It can help projection, width and increase vertical height. Filler can improve projection and width but is less effective in increasing vertical height. Furthermore, the results obtained with implants are generally more dramatic than those obtained with filler alone.
