I had a reduction in March and knew instantly I was still too big I was 28F before. I feel they were only lifted. They are still the same now. I left my last appointment in tears and I have been down ever since. I have expressed my concerns on numerous occasions but she assured my they will go down and they look great. I don't want them to look great I want them to not be there. She would not recommend lipo as nor more surgery at my age 23. I am still very upset, and I'm not sure of my options.

Answer: Repeat reduction You can undergo a repeat reduction. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast reduction 9 months ago. Still too big! Same size as before. What are my options? If you are still an F cup after a reduction surgery, then it does not appear you had a reduction. Most reductions should remove about 40-60% of the breast tissue if a pedicle reduction is performed. You may benefit from a Free Nipple Reduction if you want a cup size in the C or less. You may want to seek a second opinion to see your options. Im sorry to hear you did not get what you expected. Good Luck.

Answer: Breast reduction 9 months ago. Still too big! Same size as before. What are my options? The breasts can be reduced again, and this is not that uncommon. Wait at least a year after the initial reduction to re-evaluate whether a revision is necessary. Liposuction of the fat in the breasts will only lead to further drooping and does not result in the skin envelope tightening. Liposuction can only remove fat, and, because the density of breast tissue is much greater than fat, breast tissue cannot be removed by the liposuction cannula. Breast tissue can only be cut out or excised. Thus, incisions should be made to make any meaningful reduction in breast tissue.

Answer: Breast reduction 9 months ago. Still too big! I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast reduction surgery. Based on your description, it sounds like your best option is revisionary breast reduction surgery to further reduce breast size. I would suggest that you communicate your concerns/goals again with your plastic surgeon (in a calm and constructive fashion). If this further communication is not effective seek second opinion consultations with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons in your area.Again, communicate your goals carefully; in our practice, this is best done with the help of computer imaging and goal photographs.Best wishes.
