You are probably referring to areola, not nipple size? Yes, your areolas are large and too close for male patient. In general, areolas and nipples are smaller and positioned more laterally (aside) and lower than in female. It is always better to wait longer (one year plus) to proceed with further areola reduction. Stretching is very frequent with male areolas after reduction due to circular skin tension. Considering smaller reduction than desired and doing another surgery in 1 year interval, may also be a wise approach. Good luck.
