I have nipples that point slightly in different directions. One is more forward pointing and the other kind of points a little more upward. It's noticeable when I'm wearing shirts with no bra. Is there a reason your nipples point in slightly different directions and can this be fixed? Even if your breasts are mostly symmetrical. Is this just the anatomy of the breast? I know areolar height/placement and shape/size can be corrected. But what about the direction your nipples point.

The areola is the pink circular base upon which the nipple sits. The size of the areola can be highly variable but averages about 4 cm in diameter in a young woman and typically will increase in size with time, age, pregnancies, and weight gain. For more information about this...
Areolas come in all sizes, shapes, and colors. If you’re concerned with the appearance of your areolas, make an appointment with your PCP or a board certified PS for an in-office evaluation. They can answer any questions that you have and may help you feel more at ease.
Supernumerary nipples are usually not a cause for concern. A quick, noninvasive outpatient surgery can be performed to remove extra nipples with minimal pain and recovery time. Consult with a board certified PS via email or Skype.
