I had a septoplasty and this is my 10th day post op. I have had some crusting buildup inside my nose lately. Can I use a Cotton Bud to remove them by my self? What I was thinking was to dip them in h2o2 and apply it in the crustings. Is this advisable?

This sounds like a good question for your surgeon. It is very unlikely that what you produced from your nose is cartilage. I have never seen that in 10+ years doing septoplasty. It's not unusual to get hard scabs from the turbinate reduction. Maybe that is what you saw?
