I just had my breast Aug a month ago July 2014 . I'm 5'2, 160 pounds wide frame. I was B 36 before. I got 570cc under the muscle. At first i was able to fit DD38. I fit in to D 38 now. Now that some of the swelling has gone down they appear smaller. I want my breast to pop out enough to notice I got my breast done. I want to go bigger. I wish I would have gone bigger. I was thinking 650 cc to 700 in cc . What it be worth to go under again ?How long should I wait and how many cc? I don't want [RS bleep] look!
Answer: Going bigger I would suggest not going bigger. You are only 5'2", and 570 cc implants are quite large. Your tissue may not be able to support any extra weight. Stretched out, bottomed out breasts with too large of an implant are not attractive. Also, bras are not all equal in size. Allow your tissue to heal and the implants settle, and enjoy your new look .This is the size that you and your surgeon chose.

Answer: I'm 570cc and not happy. I wish I had gone bigger. How long should I wait for revision? How many cc? I'm 5'2", 160 lbs. I am sorry to hear about your concerns after recent breast augmentation surgery. I would suggest continued patience and time; many patients concerned about size early on after breast augmentation surgery end up being quite pleased with the longer-term outcome of the procedure performed. Generally speaking, there is no accurate/reliable/predictable correlation between size/profile breast implant utilized and cup size achieved. Therefore, despite your good description of goals, online consultants will not be able to provide you with specific enough advice to be truly helpful. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures and direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror) will be critical.Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "D or DD cup” or "porn look" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate.3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.I hope this (and the attached link, dedicated to revisionary breast surgery concerns) helps.

Answer: Not large enough size I am sorry you are not happy with your present size of your breasts. First you have to let Nature "do it's thing":Relaxing the tissues and most of all a more "normal look" of your breasts. This may take a few months. Than you have to think about the consequences of having extra large breasts. What may look great for a short time, may turn in unattractive breasts, as your "tissues" have to hold the implants. Everyone has inherited different tissue strength and some just do not hold the "weight of the implants "well. The result is a breast which is "droopy" , thinned out skin, flat upper breasts with wrinkles and stretch marks. Before you consider any drastic change listen very carefully what your Plastic Surgeon has to say about larger implants.

Answer: Going Bigger Since this is elective, you should wait till things settle down from the first procedure, usually about three months or so, or until your surgeon is comfortable. The larger the implants, the more artificial or fake or "porn " look you may get. Also, with implants over 500 ml (considered large implants) you have additional risks of droopiness and thinning of the tissues over the implants making the implants more palpable, especially if you get rippling. How large you can go should be determined by the dimensions of your breasts and chests. Your surgeon can help you determine what will fit your body. You may need to use a high profile or ultra high profile implant, since they are narrower, but project more. On average 200 ml increase in size is about one cup size in bras. However, every bra maker is different, so a D in one may be a C in another.

Answer: Size Too big or too small is in the eyes of the beholder so put sizers in a bra till you come to the size you think you want to be. As to when to change sizes check with your surgeon as everyone has his own policyDr Corbin
