5 days post op, why does my 450cc high profile implants look wide on me? (photos)

I'm 5'2 98lbs and I just had a breast implant exchange from 350cc right 390cc the left saline modern plus.. to 450cc high profile in both sides he also went in and tighten the pockets on both sides and not sure if he removed any tissue or not? and I thought high profile wouldn't look so wide on me and so circle kinda freaking me out a bit...will this so wide and round look shape up differenly? Or did I my sergeant mistake on picking the implant size?

I would get a copy of the operative note from your procedure, as well as the implant sheet (often this is a separate sheet filled out by the nurse during the surgery), and the implant information (stickers, card, or sheet) that you got from your surgeon, and then review those with the surgeon...

My guess is that your implants are above the muscle.  You probably had mild capsuar contracture around your subglandular saline implants which often occurs.  This tight capsule probably masked the ripples.  Your surgeon most likely performed a complete capsulectomy when exchanging...

The results should be obvious and I am not aware of any B or C cup that can accommodate a 600 cc implant, unless you are a very large woman.  You should be much larger and that should be a guarantee.   Photos would certainly help the gallery with their conclusions and advice.
