Just had my pre-op today and the big debate is 295 or 310 CC. Not much of a difference I know but still. I had two different sizers on. The left was a 275 and the right was a 300. Dr. told me if I got the 310 it would look a tad bigger than the 275 I had on the left after it is placed under the muscle. My CC options are 275, 295, and 310. I've posted my pics before but I will post again for a second look. I'm pretty petite with a 12.5 diameter chest. Thoughts?

You need to be examined by your surgeon. Five weeks is too early for capsular contracture. My concern would be a hematoma which needs to be diagnosed by your surgeon. Hopefully the pocket is just smaller on that side or you are having muscle spasm.
Most likely the implant capsule around your implant was torn or severely stretched during the forceful compression of your chiropractic adjustment. If pain continues seek an exam by a board certified plastic surgeon.
