Why do my 550cc HP under the muscle implants look small? (Photo)

Although I am not sure how far out you are from your surgery, judging by the after photo you have posted, the implants still look a bit high and need to settle.The implants when first placed are in a tight space (behind the muscle and tissues) and is being flattened quite a bit.  With time and stretching, the implants regain their projection and shape and begin to become more apparent and concentrated in the area.  It takes about 4-6 months before they have reached their final result.  At that you point you may be able to appreciate your final results.I would discuss this further with your surgeon if the time comes and you still feel that they are too small at that time.Hope that helps.

Dear hessika_21,dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position.
I understand that you are worried about the size of your breasts. However, you are still in the early phase of the recovery period. Please do allow some time for the healing process to occur. It is still very recent to know what will be the final result your breasts will be changing at least in the course of 6 months or more, everything depends on the recovery time of each patient, if you notice any strange reaction consult your surgeon, but still this Going through a post-surgical process and that takes time.

You have a very big difference from your preop photos. Remember, going large may lead to more problems. Good luck.

following your augmentation.  The question is why do you feel there is no difference?  Your surgeon should provide you implant cards that will confirm the size used in your procedure.  The other question I would have is how was the size agreed upon?  If you had the ability to size with unlined bras and your implant volume was bumped up 10%, you should have gotten what you saw in the mirror.  If you used 3D imaging or some other way to figure out what size to get, that system failed you from what you say.  But in the end, there is an obvious enlargement of your breasts as they are fuller and rounder.  And bras can be employed to create specific looks you desire that would not have been possible without your implants.
