I’m a 61 yr old woman.. 1st pic is before photo Jan 2020. Second photo are the new boobs took pic 5-1-22 surgery 5-8-21 My dr says I’m 61 and they are fine.. I’m horrified can they be fixed to look natural again or are they ruined now..? I did go a bit larger but shouldn’t he say no not a good idea..? Why did this happen ..? Does anyone know? Thank you

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Photos are insufficient to make a diagnosis, but the likely treatment is a full breast lift. Go to a surgeon who does this all the time!

Although your second photo is not the best view to evaluate your breast, it appears that you need a lift. You only had an augmentation and your own tissue is sagging.  Go back to your surgeon and discuss this.

A physical exam would aid in diagnosis.  It could be caused by several different things, but I believe a partial capsulectomy would fix most of it.

you have a capsular contracture. The prosthesis is behind the muscle and when it contracts it causes the deformity. you need a capsulectomy of the lower pole of the breast

Appears from the posted photos you have "double bubble" deformity or animation effect. I might try micro/macro fat grafting to in dented areas. Fees in the $5,000 ranges.
