Submuscular or subglandular low profile? (Photo)

I would recommend a lift alone, You have ample breast tissue without the implant to create a nice breast shape without ptosis.

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested, and they choose what looks right for them. I almost always place implants submuscular. It lowers the rate of capsular contracture significantly. In addition, it looks much more natural because the muscle provides covering over the implant so its not as round on the top. I've also noticed the implants drop less over time when they are protected under the muscle.

Submuscular implants are a great option if you are looking for natural results, as the muscle over the implant makes the transition between your chest and breast softer. But, if a breast lift is to be performed at the same time... the pec major lower insertions should be detached completely and the lower pole tissue removed, in order to prevent bottoming out or waterfall deformity.

Since you are getting a lift, the implants need to be placed behind the muscle for better support and better upper breast fullness and coverage. Remember, with this size, you should gain an additional cup in size. If you do not want to be larger, just go with the lift.

Hello. In my opinion placing implant in dual plane will give more natural look and better shape . Placing the implant will lift the nipple areola complex as well.
