I injured my nose Feb 10th. It was very swollen at first, I had an X-ray done and my nose was midline with nothing displaced. A couple of doctors looked at it and they said they don’t believe it’s broken, there is a bump that they say is probably temporary but I won’t know for sure for a few months. It’s been 3.5 weeks, and I’m worried it’s permenant? The pics are right after the injury, a week and a half ago, and now

First off, I'm sorry to hear that you've been dismissed at all by any medical professional. That should never happen to anyone for any reason.

Based on your photos, you appear to have thick oily nasal skin with a wide nasal appearance a dorsal hump and a droopy nasal tip. Depending on your examination, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower nasal appearance along with Profile Hump reduction, and a tip lift....
Thank you for your question and for providing photos. It appears you may have polly beak deformity, which can occur if too much cartilage is shaved off. Once a full year has passed following your initial surgery, you may benefit from a revision to reshape your nose and better define the tip....
