Can taking stitches out too early cause hypertrophic scarring and webbing? (Photos)

I had an upper bleph and my stitches were removed the following morning. I now have hypertrophic scarring and webbing. I read that allowing wounds to heal without stitches can do that. I would appreciate expert opinions. Thanks so much.
