Am I a candidate for an orbital rim burring? (Photos)

Orbital bone reduction and endoscopic forehead surgery? NO! Your forehead is high and it will get higher unless it is done using the Irregular Trichophytic Incision. Also your brow bone is normal for a female. 

Thank you for your question and photos. The distance between your eyes are within normal and there is nothing you can do to increase the distance. You have beautiful eyes and normal upper eyelid fullness which is very youthful. If you don't like the forehead, it can be shortened with a conservative browlift. This may be more of a Boston rather than Beverly Hills response but I would probably tell you to do nothing. You have beautiful eyes as is Burring of the bone can reduce the orbital rim but yours is normal and this does not accomplish what you want anyway which is widening of the eyes. If anything a slight lowering of the hairline with an excisional forehead lift and perhaps a small reduction of the skin of the upper eyelids would be a reasonable approach if you really want to procede.
