I recently visited a prominent Beverly Hills surgeon and he says an endoscopic brow lift and burring of my orbital rim under my eye brows will give my eyes a further apart more beautiful look... so you talented doctors think it will make a good difference?

Assuming your head is not tilted in the photo, the asymmetry is from left orbit higher than right side but best to see an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation. See following video and website link on more information about eye asymmetry.
Its time to get a second opinion and you may want to see an MD over a OD this time as its possible you have ptosis but this will not explain your double vision or blurry vision and if truly an issue, a visual acuity exam should clearly confirm your concerns.
