My obvious asymmetry with my eyes is driving me crazy, advice or suggestions? (Photos)

You are correct.  Your two eyelid regions are asymmetrical.  As are many persons' - what makes facial plastic surgeons job interesting at times is that frequently patients do not notice asymmetries (unfortunately not until after surgery).  That is why a good deal of ones initial consult with me is me bringing attention to underlying asymmetries.  We all have them -- they can be distressing once we notice them,  In that regard you are normal, so try not to fret about this -- I mean this respectfully.Now what I see on the submitted pictures: I see some brow shape differences and I see some "scleral show" and some "rounding" or an "obtuse shape" of the lateral canthus.    These are within the range of   "normal";  but not necessarily the most attractive shape.  Any additional issues i might see I am concerned may just be a photographic aberration, so I will not comment.So what to do?  You are obviously a young attractive female, so you can:  Ignore it, you can explore methods to camouflage these issues by reshaping you brow and change how you use makeup, you can explore a non-surgical option (Someone else will have to come up with that, at this moment nothing decidedly corrective comes to mind), or you can have surgery.It is possible to change the shape of your lower eyelid with either a lower blepharoplasty or midface lift procedure.  These would have to be performed very carefully since your "deformity" is small.  You do not want to undergo a procedure that causes more problems than what you are bringing to the table.  Remember - you cannot achieve perfection; but can strive for an improvement!So you have a lot to think about.  Certainly seek consultation with experienced surgeons, and good luck,Be well and best regards,Fred G. Assuming your head is not tilted in the photo, the asymmetry is from left orbit higher than right side but best to see an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation. See following video and website link on more information about eye asymmetry. 

You have vertical orbital dystopia which means the eye and all structures around it are lower than the other side. This can be improved by a comprehensive approach of orbital floor augmentation, inferior brow bone reduction, and lower eyelid elevation by lateral canthoplasty and a spacer graft.
