Micro laser peel day 3: skin not peeling and i have laser marks all over my face. (Photos)

I have had micro laser peel done on Friday 4pm, and today is Sunday 9am and my skin looks horrible! I have laser dot marks all over my face and my skin is not peeling off. On top of that my skin is breaking out in pimples. I have followed the post care instructions carfully and have used Vaseline as instructed but I do not see any improvement. I am East Indian, brown skin. Laser dept 20.
