Yes, depending on the depth it can take 4-6 months for redness to disappear. If you are redder with HQ you many have sensitive skin- irritant or allergic reaction. I would discuss this with your specialist. The use of V Beam lasers and vascular lasers can reduce redness over the next few weeks. ...

If the proper micro laser peel was used the depth would be anywhere from  70 microns (that is deep) but typically 10-20 microns. With 20 microns single pass, 4 days to 5 days maximum with correct skin care. To comment of looking worse or not, we really do need to see the before and afters. ...

Thanks for your query. Co2 laser works better for the fine lines and skin laxity, it is worth the downtime. Micro peel also helps in skin resurfacing but it requires a no. of sittings and may not reach up to that level. You can attach your picture for better result.All The Best
