The estimated cost of the breast augmentation with saline implants is $4200-4800. The new cohesive gel silicone implants are also available, and the cost is somewhat higher, around $5400-5800. This price includes my surgical fee, the anesthesiologist’s charges, the facility fee, the implants and the recovery garment, and follow-up care.
