Can my nipples be re-located during breast augmentation surgery? (Photo)

I have fairly large and soft male breasts and am seeking a fat transfer augmentation to get more volume and projection. Not going to fully transition MTF but do want to have natural looking female breasts. My nipples currently poing to the outside and downward on my breasts and when I have them enlarged I want them to be more on the upper middle area. Is this possible without scarring?

The procedure to re- locate the position is called Mastopexy or Breast lift however just doing a breast augmentation alone will elevate your nipple position slightly but it will not re-locate them. I always tell my patients that Breast augmentation procedure will not change the shape of your breast just augmenting it with slight elevation of the nipple postion

Fat transfer will fill up the tank, so to speak, but the only way to centralize the nipples is with a breast lift and that procedure will leave scars.

No. Not without scarring. Also, fat transfer will be limited in size increase.
