I have fairly large and soft male breasts and am seeking a fat transfer augmentation to get more volume and projection. Not going to fully transition MTF but do want to have natural looking female breasts. My nipples currently poing to the outside and downward on my breasts and when I have them enlarged I want them to be more on the upper middle area. Is this possible without scarring?

I have had the opportunity to work with several men interested in breast implants ( to feminize the chest wall). This is a different situation from trans gender patients in transition and from men who are looking to augment their chest walls ( pectoralis implants)....
I can tell you from experience with a patient of mine who had similar desires that this is not easily done and may not be possible. A transgender patient of mine wanted implants but wanted to hide them at work, so we went with modest volume implants. A couple years later she returned...
