I'm coming up on a full year into HRT. For the most part, my body feels like it's leveled off after some fairly significant change in my first 6 months of HRT and at my age, I'm not expecting much more breast development from HRT. I'm wondering if I'm a good candidate for breast augmentation. I've seen trans patients wind up with breasts that are small, tight and look 'glued on' which I really want to avoid. Currently I measure 32" underbust and 36" over.
