Hi , I had 3000 grafts with FUE , today is day 32 . my donor area is not looking good . is it a shock loss ? is it going to get better or I will have those scars for ever ? my natural hear looks more empty and weak than before the surgery . please help me with solutions . thank you

Based on your description and photos it appears as if your donor area was overharvested.Some of this loss may be due to effluvium but only time will tell.Applying Minoxidil to that area might expedite some regrowth but overall it will take 6-8 months to fully see what the donor area will look like.

You may be seeing shock loss and/or donor depletion.  It may take 6 to 12 months to see if the area may recover.

Sometimes  there may be such a early phase alopecic, bald spots  in donor areas after FUE surgery,  but fortunatelly most are transient. İt may happen because of over harvesting or transient post traumatic shedding /shock loss. Any way it heals and hair regrow in 4-5 months of hair restoration surgery .

Thank you for sharing your photos. There are 2 possible answers to your question. 1st can be shock loss post procedure, this happens in a small amount of patients, and if it is shock loss, you should see an improvement 4 to 8 months post procedure date. 2nd possibility can be over harvesting. Shock loss post op is common. To minimize the impact of shock loss would be to use medications and topical creams.

You have something called 'donor site depletion' which means that the FUE grafts were taken too close and possibly too many for your donor area to support it. Maybe some of the hairs have been shocked out and may return, but if this continues through the 8th month, then you have a problem, the only solution is Scalpmicropigmentation which can hide the effects of the missing hair very well.
