What supplements should I take after FUE hair transplant?

Dear Doctor, I did hair-transplant before 22 days and my doctor recommends to use vitamins after the operation, but he didn't give me any thing specific. there are any specific vitamins and brands to use? please to advice and thank you

It is normal to lose transplanted hairs weeks after surgery.  It may take 6 to 12 months to see new hairs grow out.  You may be seeing tiny scabs attached to the hairs.

Will having to get a head CT Scan (radiation) impact my FUE hair transplant conducted approximately 2 months ago?

Normal medical diagnostic radiation, such as a CT scan, will not harm your hair follicles or grafts.

1 month post-op: blood spots when I wake-up on the side at which I slept in both donor and recipient areas.

If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "blood" you should contact your doctor.  You may have lost a graft or may have just peeled off a scab.

FUE: it doesn't look like I got as many grafts as agreed upon -- does it look like I got 5,000 grafts? (Photos)

5000 grafts would be a spacial challenge in a small area.  Maybe you are mistaking hairs for grafts.  One graft may have 1, 2, 3, sometimes 4 hairs.
