Which is better, Profound or Bodytite? What would be better for arms and knees?

These are different types of modalities, BodyTite is a minimally invasive body contouring procedure delivering results previously only achieved through more excisional surgical procedures.  Profound RF is also a minimally invasive procedure that combines radiofrequency (RF) with microneedling to treat sagging skin and loss of volume. It tightens skin, adds volume, and improves elasticity by reformulaition of the body's natural production of hyaluronic acid, elastin, and collagen.  There are no incisions made with Profound and is little recovery tiime.  

If the problem is loose skin then Profound works very well to tighten and mildly volumize the skin.  We have had good success with this modality for loose skin of the arms and knees.  Profound does not lift deep tissue.  It can help to improve cellulite.

Nonsurgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, and Cellutone/Zwave. However for best results, an arm lifting procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Different things and depends on where the looseness is. Bodytite treats the connections between the muscle and the skin underneath the skin. Profound treats the skin. If it is thin creamy skin with fine lines, it would be profound. If it is loose hanging skin with thick hydrated appearing skin it
