Would Profound RF be more effective for acne scars given 3 rounds of Microneedling RF has had some improvement for me?

Compared to other RF microneedling devices, Profound is more efficient because it can go deeper, heat skin more efficaciously and add more collagen and elastin. But you should know that Profound can be done only on lower face and upper neck. So if you have acne scar upper than cheek bones (temporal and forehead areas), you can not get Profound for treatment.

We have treated a number of patient for acne scars with Profound and have had good results.  It really depends on the depth of scarring as Profound is most effective with deeper acne scarring while other devices using more superficial RF application may work better for shallower scars.

Yes Profound RF is much stronger than microneedling with RF. Does not need monthly or weekly treatments and is more effective because it goes deeper and stimulates your skin to make more collagen and elastin.
