Is pressure on stinging after augmentation normal?

I had my augmentation 2 days ago. I had to stop the narcotic due to a lot of vomiting. I'm on Tylenol and it works ok. Is stinging and pressure normal? I have slight stinging near the areola and weight on my lower chest. The implants don't seem as high as they did 2 days ago. There's also a portion of my back with pain. I'm also noticing some GERD. Is it all Ok?

What you are describing is certainly normal for some one who has recently undergone breast augmentation surgery.  The stinging is usually nerve pain and will resolve over time.  The back pain is usually as a result of sleeping with your back elevated.  As far as the GERD, this is not a normal symptom after breast augmentation surgery, but it certainly could have been caused by the narcotics or sometimes by muscle relaxants and also the antibiotics.Hope that helps.
