Is latera spirox good for collapsed nostrils? (Photos)

Thank you for your question.  The pictures are a little hard to see on the site (quite small), but the overall shape issued is visible.  I have never used the Spirox device, but I would doubt that it could achieve what you are looking for.  I would talk it over with a board certified Plastic Surgeon with experience in these more complex issues. Additional cartilage strips should probably improve form and function. Using your own cartilage is always preferable to a foreign body.  Experienced rhinoplasty surgeons understand these principles well.  Discuss this option first with your surgeon.  If he or she is unfamiliar with these techniwues or unwilling to do this I would then obtain a second opinion.  Rhinoplasty specialists can be found through the Rhinoplasty Society.
